Job Description Our client is looking for innovative recruiters with a passion for customer service to join their talent acquisition organization focused on supporting senior level professional hiring in a Recruiting Business Partner capacity. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will drive the effort to find and attract talent for our teams by collaborating with Sourcers, business leaders and HR. Youu2019ll also take on a lead role in various projects that impact the recruiting teamu2019s efficiency and strategies, strengthening our ability to hire quality, diverse talent.
