Description We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of HR systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across departments. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure functionality and efficiency. u2022 Lead the integration of HR systems with other organizational platforms. u2022 Develop and mentor a team responsible for HR technology operations. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and drive adoption. u2022 Evaluate the effectiveness of current HR systems and recommend improvements. u2022 Ensure data accuracy and security within HR systems. u2022 Provide technical support and training for Workday and other HR platforms. u2022 Analyze and report on HR system performance to inform decision-making. u2022 Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely solutions. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging HR technologies. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in HRIS system management and analysis. u2022 Strong knowledge of Workday and other HR platforms. u2022 Ability to lead and develop a team in a technology-driven environment. u2022 Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders. u2022 Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS implementation and integration processes. u2022 Understanding of HR database management and data security. u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
