POSITION:AV TechnicianSCHEDULE:Swing, DayLOCATION:Reno, NVSALARY:Will discuss with applicantTO APPLY:Direct Link: Page: note, employers may close jobs on the website at any time.SUMMARY:The AV Technician is responsible for the set-up, operation and maintenance of the audio and visual equipment for events.MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Must be at least 18 years of age.Valid Nevada drivers license that has been active for at least one year.Must be knowledgeable of audio, video systems and computers (Mac and PC).Able to lift 40 lbs.Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Installation and operation of sound systems, lighting and video projects.Conduct tests to ensure functionality of audio-visual equipment to include TVs, LCD displays, DVD players, video projectors, cameras, audio recorders, sound systems, and microcomputers.Troubleshoot and assist with repairs of high-tech electronic equipment.Maintain equipment inventory.WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time.BENEFITS:- Dental- Vision- Life Insurance- Supplemental Coverage- Teledoc
