If that sounds good to you, let's talk.u00a0Key responsibilities:- Lead the design and manage the technical delivery of a variety of gas and municipal projects.- Communicate with clients regarding current projects and collaborate with project managers and our business development team to identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.- Effectively direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.- Assist project managers in preparing and managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and prepare deliverables.- Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.u00a0Qualifications:- Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.- 3- 5 years of design experience in transportation, gas pipeline, roadway, energy, or utilities- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3Du00a0- Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians- Experience with conducting engineering projects from conception to completion, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, construction support, and project delivery within municipal and gas projects.Why join the MacKay Sposito team?- A people-first culture - We are dedicated to our employees and their families.
