Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead and sustain siteu2011level Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives across their Longview manufacturing campus. This leader will serve as the onu2011site CI owner, partnering closely with plant leadership and frontline teams to drive waste reduction, process stability, quality improvement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
