Duties include ensuring the project is on budget, schedule, and the design fits the requirements for the contract. May supervise field administrative staff, Field/Project Engineers and/or assistant Construction Managers.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Facilitate the provision and taping of on-site training by the manufacturers for large equipment items (i.e., Boilers; HVAC systems)Ensure manufacturers training for specialty equipment in Food Services, Maintenance, Control Rooms, and Health Care services is provided, and documented.Assist in facilitating the identification and organization of owner-supplied and installed items of equipment and supplies to ensure the facility is operational upon the clients acceptance. Coordinate Maintenance staff training to coincide and integrate with the workload and staffing schedules.Observe, inspect, and record the placement of all movable equipment according to when the building or area is ready. Providing construction inspection and plan review services.Integration of onsite equipment and a Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP)Tracking and management of equipment inventoryEnsure project closeout to obtain guarantees, warranties and related provisions for turnover to the ownerParticipate in project meetings and provide input into meeting minutes, documentation, administration and tracking of relevant information.Perform other duties as required to ensure a smooth transition from construction to owner activation and project success.
