The candidate must have an active secret clearance.Duties include but not limited to:Test Planning & DocumentationPrepare test plans and procedures supporting program test activities.Develop Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs).Prepare and review test analyses and reports.Develop Test & Evaluation (T&E) segments of acquisition documentation.Test Execution & MonitoringMonitor and support execution of test events.Support certification testing activities, including Joint Interoperability Test Center testing.Support training required to execute test activities.Support execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.Support collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.Technical Review & AnalysisReview and analyze design documentation, including engineering drawings and specifications.Review and analyze engineering performance and technical analysis reports.Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability.Review and analyze engineering performance predictions.Review and analyze trade-off studies.Support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA).Training & Knowledge TransferTeach test engineering and test management courses as required.Candidate must have an active secret clearanceBachelor's or Master's Degree in a professional engineering discipline and 8 years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoD settingExperience with Agile methods, including testing methods for CI/CD, DevSecOps and DevOpsExperience with DoD Test and ProcessesUnderstanding of cloud architectures and impacts to testing methodsAssist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.5% CONUS$120K-$130K
