The Billing Administrator plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients, supporting project teams, and maintaining financial records. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process client invoices in compliance with contract terms and company policiesReview project data, time sheets, and expenses to ensure accurate billingMonitor billing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submissionsCommunicate with project managers, field personnel, and clients to resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain organized billing files and support documentationAssist with month-end closing activities and reportingGenerate and distribute regular billing reports as neededSupport audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholdersContinuously review billing processes for efficiency and compliance improvementsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred2+ years of billing experience requied, preferably in construction or utility servicesProficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesTeam-oriented with a proactive attitudePAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including:100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents100% employer-paid basic life insurance100% employer-paid disability benefits401(k) retirement plan with matching contributionPaid Time Off (sick and vacation)Paid HolidaysTuition AssistanceWellness and Mental Health ProgramsLearning and Development ProgramsPAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
