This key executive provides strategic and operational leadership in the development and delivery ofstate-of-the-arthuman resources programs and initiatives related to recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, compensation, benefit administration, total rewards, education, HRIS administration and implementation and other human resource operations across the St. Luke’s network. The CPO will ensure awareness, oversight and compliance with laws, regulations, and administrative rulings of governmental and other regulatory and advisory authorities.Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:Education:Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarilyacquiredthrough completion of abachelor’s degree in Human Resourcesor related field isrequired;Master’sdegree preferred.Experience:At least ten years of progressive experience in general human resource managementincluding direct experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefit administrationwithin a complex, multi-site setting. Healthcare experiencepreferredbut notrequired.
