*Confidential Company**We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedFire Alarm Managerto oversee and lead our fire alarm division. This individual will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising technicians, ensuring code compliance, and driving project execution from start to finish. This is a confidential search for a key leadership role within a growing organization. This position will be in the New York City Metro area.Manage all fire alarm projects including installations, inspections, testing, and serviceSupervise and support field technicians, programmers, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with NFPA codes, local regulations, and safety standardsCoordinate scheduling, manpower, and project timelinesReview drawings, submittals, and specificationsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor job costs, budgets, and profitabilityAssist in estimating, bidding, and proposal developmentImplement and improve operational processes and workflowsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and service qualityMinimum 5+ years of experience in fire alarm systems (installation, service, or management)Prior leadership or supervisory experience requiredStrong knowledge of NFPA 72 and related codesExperience with major fire alarm systems (e.g., Notifier, Simplex, EST, Siemens)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsNICET certification (preferred but not required)Valid driver’s licenseCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Range: $135,000-$155,000 per yearPerformance-based bonusesCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth benefits#IND1
