If interested in being considered, send an updated resume to Savannah Davis at: savdavis@ Responsibilities + Provide administrative and project support across multiple affiliated companies. + Perform data entry related to work orders, projects, and accounting records. + Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. + Assist with invoice tracking, documentation, and reconciliation using QuickBooks. + Manage and update work orders and maintenance records. + Utilize FIIX (PM/Fleet maintenance software) to support preventative maintenance and asset tracking. + Coordinate information between accounting, operations, and project teams. + Maintain accurate records, files, and reporting to meet day-to-day administrative needs as projects progress. Essential Skills + 1+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or office operations. + Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software. + Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail. + Ability to support multiple teams or business units simultaneously. + Comfortable working in an industrial, manufacturing, or operations-driven environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with FIIX or other CMMS / PM / fleet software. + Exposure to Oil & Gas, steel, or industrial services environments. + Contract-to-hire experience and interest in long-term growth.
