Introduction We are hiring a Senior Workday Time & Absence Consultant to serve as a leader and subject matter expert complex Time and Absence implementations. Youu2019ll be responsible for designing and implementing complex time and absence solutions u2014 guiding transformation programs that improve visibility, efficiency, and adhere to regulatory needs.Ideal candidates bring extensive Workday Time and Absence experience along with Advanced Scheduling, knowledge of collective bargaining units with complex rules, and the ability to architect solutions that meet enterprise and regulatory needs, particularly within public sector or state environments. Your role and responsibilities As a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, you will guide clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, focusing on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.You will design and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Your primary responsibilities will include: u2022 Design Efficient Time Management Processes: Design and configure time management processes that align with clients' policies and regulatory requirements, leveraging modern time tracking methodologies to optimize performance.u2022 Configure Payroll Structures: Develop and implement payroll structures that meet clients' specific needs, ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations and best practices.u2022 Manage Absences: Design and manage absence management processes that align with clients' policies and regulatory requirements, utilizing absence management best practices to minimize errors and ensure compliance.u2022 Lead Workshops and Training Sessions: Deliver workshops and training sessions to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.u2022 Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Offer post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth system operation and resolve any issues that may arise. Required technical and professional expertise u2022 Deep Expertise in Workday HCM Solutions: Proven experience with Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, specifically the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, with a strong understanding of their integration and optimization.u2022 Government Payroll Regulations Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of State & Local payroll regulations and best practices.u2022 Time Tracking Methodologies & Advanced Scheduling Expertise: Advanced understanding of modern time tracking methodologies, with experience in designing and configuring efficient time management processes.u2022 Absence Management Best Practices: Deep understanding of absence management best practices, with experience in designing and managing absence management processes that minimize errors and ensure compliance.u2022 Complex Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to address complex issues arising during system configuration or usage, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.u2022 Workday certification is required.
