About the Opportunity The firm handles a broad range of PI mattersu2014motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuryu2014and is looking for an attorney who can independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through arbitration and beyond. Candidates coming from either Plaintiff or Defense backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities + Manage a litigation caseload from complaint through resolution. + Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and handle all aspects of case strategy. + Prepare for and conduct arbitrations (required). + Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and trialu2011ready materials. + Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the court. + Collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff to drive cases forward. What Theyu2019re Looking For + 4+ years of civil litigation experience (PI required, Defense or Plaintiffu2011side both welcome). + Arbitration experience required. + Strong deposition skills and familiarity with Washington civil procedures. + Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. + Clientu2011centered communication and advocacy skills.
