Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Construction Superintendent to lead onsite operations for various assigned projects. This role involves overseeing all installers and field employees, monitoring projects from planning to completion, and handling tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors. This person will manage multiple carpenters across various job sites and will occasionally perform hands-on carpentry work, adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards is crucial to ensure the security and safety of the construction site. Responsibilities + Lead and manage onsite operations for assigned construction projects. + Monitor and oversee projects from planning to completion. + Handle budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors. + Manage multiple carpenters across various job sites. + Engage in hands-on carpentry work when necessary. + Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alpena, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $35.00/hr.
