Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the piston production industry, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Ringer Operator Location: MARINETTE, WI Pay Range: $20.00 Shift: X shift 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. What's the Job? ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Visually inspect the parts for non-specified quality such as but not limited to appearance, finish, and proper manufacturing techniques. Operate all manual and automated machines as required including performing machine adjustments. Pin parts according to procedures. Ensure correct orientation of rings and rails. May put expanders on parts. Wrap and band full skids, operate hand trucks to move full skids to warehouse. Ensure complete, accurate and timely completion of all transfer paperwork. Troubleshoot all machines to maintain integrity of the product. Perform material handling activities for pins, rings, rails and parts. Complete basic daily preventive maintenance, and machine care and cleaning activities according to procedures. Track machine and foundry scrap along with completing and maintaining all required production reports, paperwork, documentation, coding, etc. Report any problems to supervision or shift technicians. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
