More about this position: As a Production Cost Analyst, you will identify the best pricing (COST) based on the machine run time, material required, quantity, and turnaround time desired by the customer. If you have a degree in any of these areas, this position was designed for you: Accounting (A.A.S), Business Administration, Computer Information Systems. Other programs work too. What matters most is that you are good with numbers, competent with software, and eager to learn! Job Duties: In a quick and timely manner, generate accurate cost estimates and quotes for customer and sales requests Maintain and update product pricing within our MIS system Analyze job specifications to determine materials, labor, and production requirements Communicate with customers and sales representatives via phone and email to clarify project specifications Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility Continuously improve estimating processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy Involve the General Manager or Customer Service Manager when needed on complex quote KEEP IN MIND: This role could be a starting point, not a dead end.
