In this role, you will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness. u2022 Manage invoice generation, tracking, and processing to ensure accurate payment records. u2022 Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and error-free financial records. u2022 Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and resolve issues promptly. u2022 Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to accounting activities. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. u2022 Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. u2022 Maintain confidentiality and security of financial records and information. u2022 Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address billing inquiries. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software. u2022 Familiarity with invoice processing and financial record-keeping. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. u2022 Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information responsibly.
