Shift: Friday - Sunday 6 pm - 6:30 am What We're Looking For u2022 Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility. u2022 Requires availability to work morning, afternoon, nights, or weekends depending upon assigned shift and overtime based on the needs of the facility. u2022 Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment. u2022 Minimally must be able to lift 40 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds. What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications u2022 Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. u2022 Experience training others u2022 Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck) u2022 Proven record of complying with safety requirements u2022 Basic math and reading comprehension skills u2022 Demonstrated track record of consistent and reliable on-the-job contribution u2022 Ability to work independently with limited supervision or with a team u2022 Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications u2022 High school diploma or GED equivalent u2022 Certified as industrial powered equipment trainer u2022 Leadership experience with or without direct report responsibility u2022 Experience in distribution center operations or previous warehouse experience u2022 Experience troubleshooting warehouse management system issues u2022 Experience performing detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced working environment u2022 Experience using spatial reasoning to position product effectively u2022 Bi-lingual skills helpful, if applicable to the facility About Loweu2019s Lowe's Companies, Inc.
