This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the migration of inventory tracking processes into Brightree, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy. u2022 Analyze, validate, and clean existing inventory data for effective system implementation. u2022 Develop and enforce robust inventory control procedures to maintain data integrity. u2022 Reconcile inventory discrepancies and address issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting and inventory workflows. u2022 Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency within Brightree. u2022 Ensure Brightree is fully utilized for inventory management by the end of the project timeline. u2022 Provide guidance and expertise during system transitions to drive successful outcomes. u2022 Monitor and report on inventory metrics to support organizational goals Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in inventory accounting and control processes. u2022 Proven track record in managing inventory system implementations or data migration projects. u2022 Familiarity with Brightree is highly preferred, with the ability to learn quickly if not experienced. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Excel, including handling and analyzing large datasets. u2022 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. u2022 Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required. u2022 Background in process improvement initiatives or system transitions is beneficial.
