Develop and document findings and prepare data-driven recommendations for implementing new procedures, systems, or organizational changes to improve user experience and engagement. Design and implement operational systems for scalable content management, surface optimization, and performance tracking. Analyze performance data to validate hypotheses and propose alternative strategies to drive incremental growth in orders and gross merchandise value. Review and improve reporting formats and data visibility systems to support informed decision-making and ensure data integrity. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations of product initiatives, including on-site or cross-functional observations to assess workflows, tools, and personnel usage. Qualifying Experience must include the following (which may be gained concurrently): Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business impact; Building new business metrics, including metric development, threshold setting, and geographic localization; Developing models to predict market trends from a combination of proprietary data and industry benchmarks; Leveraging analytical frameworks to transform and analyze data to summarize key trends; Data modeling using tools such as SQL or Excel to analyze complex data sets; and Managing complex projects and transitioning high-level goals into actionable plans.
