Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a Veeva Vault Consultant with 5-6 years of experience to support and enhance implementations across Safety and Quality domains. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on configuration experience in Veeva Vault, along with functional exposure to Veeva Safety and/or Veeva Vault Quality.This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and translating them into scalable Vault configurations.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault with Veeva certification in either Veeva Safety or Veeva Quality Experience with Veeva Safety and Veeva Vault QualityDocs Strong configuration skills: objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows Good understanding of security (roles, permissions, access issues) Knowledge of advanced Vault features like Dynamic Access Control (DAC) and Atomic Security Familiarity with GxP and validation concepts (CSV/CSA basics) Experience with data tools like Vault Loader or bulk uploads Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integrations Ability to troubleshoot workflows, access issues, and data problems Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements Good communication and documentation skills.
