We are accountable and take responsibility for our actions and decisions.Position PurposeUnder the general direction of the Director of Community Banking, direct all facets of operations for a retail branch and provide leadership to Branch Team to support the bank's strategic growth initiatives.u00a0 Responsible for implementing strategies to achieve key sales and service goals through the delivery of exceptional customer service which supports the bank's deposit, loan, and fee income goals.Essential FunctionsMaintain an understanding of all products and services offered to enable effective sales and service.Design and implement a business plan integrating the activities of staff and functional partners to establish and grow market presence and meet or exceed identified production and income goals.Achieve branch sales and service goals through active participation in loan originations, sales calls and referral programs and overall management of sales and service goals to branch personnel.Overall responsibility to ensure operational excellence for safety and soundness of branch.
