Description We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team on a contract basis for a four-week project. This part-time role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in personal injury litigation and excel at managing high-volume tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare and finalize detailed demand packages for personal injury cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. u2022 Request, track, and organize medical records, billing information, and insurance documents to support case development. u2022 Draft legal complaints, reports, and other essential documents as needed. u2022 Maintain and update case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible for attorney review. u2022 Collaborate with attorneys to meet tight deadlines and provide support during critical phases of the project. u2022 Utilize case management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. u2022 Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies to gather necessary information. u2022 Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures while managing sensitive case information. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Paralegal with a focus on Personal Injury law. u2022 Proficiency in discovery, civil litigation, and trial preparation. u2022 Familiarity with case management software and digital organizational tools. u2022 Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents. u2022 Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting. u2022 Commitment to completing a four-week project on a part-time schedule. u2022 Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
