Responsible for generating new business revenue by closing national account sales, critical to the company in terms of market share growth and other business goals. Sells products/services directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact. Manages complex, global or high-profile sales accounts. About the Role As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in managing complex and high-profile accounts. Your deep understanding of business, financial, and market needs will empower you to negotiate product/service terms with broad authority, driving significant contributions to our business growth. _ This will be a remote based role._ Responsibilities u2022 Build relationships with high value accounts to drive new revenue growth. u2022 Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions. u2022 Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for large accounts. u2022 Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning. u2022 Understand and address the unique challenges and needs of major accounts. u2022 May lead a small team or project within the sales department. u2022 Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement. u2022 Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs. u2022 Provide comprehensive and insightful sales reports to senior management. u2022 Identify and leverage market opportunities for business growth. Skills u2022 Strategic Sales Planning: Expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies. u2022 Complex Negotiation: Proficient in handling complex and high-stakes negotiations. u2022 Sales Analytics: Advanced analytical skills to interpret and leverage sales data. u2022 Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members. u2022 Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities. u2022 Sales Reporting Tools: Proficiency in advanced sales reporting and analytics tools. u2022 Has a deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts; recognized as an expert in one or more areas and has an external reputation within industry. u2022 Has broad authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms with discretion. u2022 Manages complex or high profile territory/account, products/services, sales processes. Minimum Requirements u2022 5+ years of enterprise sales u2022 Experience in structuring large, complex sales strategies with Fortune 500 companies. Education u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
