Position Overview The Sales Marketing Executive partners with sales leadership to develop strategic, cross-platform marketing solutions that drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Strategy + Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals to drive long-term growth + Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing accounts and emerging verticals + Support revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets Client Solutions & Presentations + Create compelling sponsorships, proposals, and integrated marketing campaigns + Collaborate with Sales teams on client presentations and attend key sales meetings + Assist in developing pricing strategies and customized commercial pitches Cross-Functional Collaboration + Partner with Sales, Creative, News, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns + Lead development and execution of cross-platform opportunities across broadcast and digital channels + Ensure seamless campaign execution and implementation Market Intelligence & Innovation + Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities + Contribute to station-wide advertising strategies and Nexstar initiatives + Advocate for client needs and provide feedback to enhance products and offerings Additional Duties + Perform other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels + Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset + High attention to detail and ability to execute independently + Professional presence and strong client-facing skills + Collaborative team player who can also work effectively autonomously Technical Skills + Proficiency in PowerPoint (required); working knowledge of Excel and Google Docs + Experience with tools such as WideOrbit, Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, AdViews, and Google Analytics is a plus Nexstar Media Group, Inc.
