Goodman Apartments This position is full time seasonal position (until September) The successful candidate must possess a NYS driver's license and reliable transportation, as you may be periodically assigned to assist at our other properties. Hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. . What Youu2019ll Do As our Housekeeper, youu2019ll help ensure our community is clean, comfortable, and move-in ready: + Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, stairwells, offices, fitness centers, and shared spaces + Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces + Sanitize laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other community amenities + Assist in preparing vacant apartments and townhomes for new residents + Report maintenance concerns to the Property Manager + Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs + Follow all safety procedures and chemical handling protocols What You Bring + Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning (residential or hospitality preferred) + Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment + Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards + Ability to use mobile device applications for work orders + Positive attitude and professional, polite demeanor + Physical stamina: ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs + Comfortable working in warm conditions + Valid NYS Driveru2019s License and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits + $18.00 u2013 $20.00 per hour (posted in good faith; actual compensation may vary) + Paid Time Off + 401(k) with Company Match If youu2019re motivated, dependable, and ready to help maintain a premier downtown community, weu2019d love to hear from you.
