Outpatient Nurse Coordinator - OP Digestive Disorders (UPMC Presbyterian) UPMC Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to join our OP Digestive Disorders Team as an Outpatient Nurse Coordinator. About the Position: This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly skilled RN to support the Inflammatory Bowel Disease, TPN & Nutrition Program at UPMC Presbyterian. This position is best suited for a tenured nurse who is confident working independently, managing complex clinical situations, and caring for a population of extremely sick and medically fragile patients. The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator will play a vital role in delivering advanced outpatient care, coordinating services, and ensuring exceptional continuity in a demanding, fastu2011paced specialty environment. The ideal candidate is detailu2011oriented, compassionate, and exceptionally strong in clinical judgment and triage skills. This position requires a high degree of independence, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex patient needs. Responsibilities include assisting with clinic coverage, supporting daily operations, and providing direct patient care while maintaining a safe, collaborative, and patientu2011centered care environment across all service areas.
