Full-Time Fire Life & Safety Director (FLSD) Location: Manhattan, NY Schedule: Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays Pay Rate: $30.00/hour Position Details: The Fire Life & Safety Director (FLSD) is responsible for overseeing all fire and life safety operations within a residential property in Manhattan. This role ensures full compliance with FDNY regulations, internal emergency procedures, and building safety protocols. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and capable of leading emergency response efforts while maintaining a professional presence.
