Must be able to accurately observe and interpret information in accordance with the City of Lansing (COL) Ordinances.- Works with Code compliance Enforcement officers, Premise Officers, administrative staff, Department Leadership, and the Code Enforcement Manager to help monitor, issue correction notices, and authorize abatement of violations when necessary.- Inspects properties within the City for violations of the City's codified ordinance. Complete re-inspections of properties that have received a violation and evaluate whether it should be complied with or abated.- Prepares, maintains, and updates files and records regarding violations.
