07 - 179100 nwA manufacturing company is seeking a Weld Foreman to oversee daily welding operations, lead a team of weld technicians, and ensure production goals and quality standards are met.u00a0Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.u00a0u00a0Job Duties:u00a0- Supervise and support weld technicians; assign daily tasks and monitor workflow- Oversee robotic, projection, and resistance welding operations- Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment- Track and manage raw materials and parts inventory for production jobs- Step in to perform robotic, projection, and resistance welding as needed- Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency- Coordinate with production and management to meet deadlines and resolve issuesu00a0Qualification:- Must haveu00a03 to 5 years of welding experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilitiesu00a0- Experience with robotic weld programming and welding processesu00a0- Must have a hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump in when needed- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude while being able to pay a high attention to detail- Must be able to read and interpret blueprint andu00a0welding symbols- Must have strongu00a0organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills- Mustu00a0be able to worku00a0safely and abide by all company standards, policies, and proceduresOnly candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.u00a0u00a0Area Temps still believes that the best way to serve both our employees and our customers is through personal service.
