Description We are looking for a skilled Finance Transformation Manager to join our team in Waterbury, Connecticut. In this long-term contract role, you will lead key initiatives to improve financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and streamline month-end close operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Develop and implement strategies to transform and streamline month-end close processes. u2022 Establish and enhance policies and documentation to support improved financial operations. u2022 Identify and address inefficiencies in manual processes to drive automation and optimization. u2022 Lead financial transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Support financial integration projects to achieve seamless alignment of systems and processes. u2022 Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and strategy. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting and modeling capabilities. u2022 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. u2022 Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and operational efficiency. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in managing month-end close processes and financial reconciliations. u2022 Strong expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. u2022 Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and financial transformations. u2022 Familiarity with developing and documenting financial policies and procedures. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies. u2022 Ability to manage financial integration projects effectively. u2022 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments. u2022 Proficiency in forecasting and modeling tools and techniques.
