In this role, you will oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards, providing valuable insights to support business operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare detailed financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. u2022 Manage the consolidation of financial data across various service lines and operational locations. u2022 Coordinate audit processes by preparing required documentation and addressing auditor inquiries. u2022 Enhance internal controls and operational procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. u2022 Investigate complex accounting issues, propose solutions, and implement new standards effectively. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations. u2022 Lead initiatives to streamline reporting, closing processes, and compliance activities. u2022 Mentor and support entry level accounting staff, fostering their growth and attention to detail. u2022 Ensure timely submission of required filings at local, state, and federal levels. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within industrial services or similar industries. u2022 Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and financial consolidations. u2022 Proven ability to work with financial reporting systems and maintain compliance with internal controls. u2022 Experience with audit processes, including preparation and coordination. u2022 Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. u2022 Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. u2022 Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
