Required: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Non-Indians must be atleast 21 years of age * Valid driver's license and insurable byemployer * Current CPR and First Aid certification, or obtain within 6months of hire * Pre-employment Alcohol/Drug Scree * Licensable by theGaming Regulatory Commission Preferred: * 1 year related securityexperience * Obtain Unarmed Security Training within 1 year of hireSummary: The primary purpose of this position is for the protection andwelfare of our Patrons, Team Members, and assets. The Security Officeracts to deter any agent or elements from jeopardizing persons orproperty in or about the company's facilities. Duties Include: *Monitor or patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment forpatrons and fellow Team Members * Transport the transfer of money,chips, tokens, and/or markers * Provide information and directions toquestions asked by the patrons and fellow Team Members * Promote apositive public image * Perform parking lot security and assist withtraffic control on the premises when necessary * Prepare and submitreports of significant activities that occur during shift hours *Detain, for probably cause, those persons that may be involved inillegal acts and for the purpose of notifying law enforcementauthorities * Monitor the pull of BVA boxes for VLT machines * MonitorPull Table Game Drop boxes * Maintain visibility while on duty tominimize the opportunity for loss or damage * Perodically responsiblefor the transport to Team Members through use of Company Vehicle
