This is an on-site position.Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Manager Position should possess the following:Preferred bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, but not required3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the food distribution or warehouse industryKnowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)and HR software (e.g., iCIMS, UKG, etc.)Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented food manufacturing or warehouse environmentBasic office and math skillsBilingual preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with National Beef Liberal facility and company policies preferredMust be at least 18 years of age or older.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this timeNational Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
