Description Seeking a skilled Temporary Full Charge Bookkeeper to provide accounting support for a temporary engagement. This role requires experience with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, payroll, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: + Manage all bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, payroll, and financial reporting. + Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. + Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. + Perform monthly closings and reconcile accounts. + Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting. + Operate and manage at least two ERP accounting software systems. + Support audits and ensure all documentation is maintained according to company standards. + Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or similar role. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). + Experience with at least two ERP accounting software systems such as Netsuite, Yardi, Deltek, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Etc. + In-depth knowledge of AP, AR, billing, payroll, and financial reporting. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
