Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in managing high-volume accounts payable operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in AP processes and vendor management, who thrive in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and review a high volume of accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Set up and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. u2022 Utilize portals and software systems to manage invoices and payment processing. u2022 Perform data entry tasks to ensure timely and precise recording of financial information. u2022 Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries related to payments. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. u2022 Monitor and reconcile accounts payable records to maintain financial accuracy. u2022 Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to accounts payable activities. u2022 Ensure adherence to deadlines for payment processing and reporting. u2022 Support other finance-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles. u2022 Proficiency in using accounts payable portals and systems, including NetSuite. u2022 Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently. u2022 Excellent communication skills for vendor management and issue resolution. u2022 Familiarity with vendor setup and maintenance processes. u2022 Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. u2022 Experience in the healthcare or social assistance industry is a plus.
