Job Description Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision & Creative Leadership u2003u2022 Partner with the AVP, Design Studio to define and execute a longu2011term creative vision that integrates graphic, motion, animation, video, and AI design to elevate brand positioning and drive business objectives. u2003u2022 Position the Design Studio as an innovation hub that balances speed, scale, and compelling storytelling. u2003u2022 Lead the creation of visually striking, emotionally resonant content across all mediums while ensuring cohesive brand expression and consistency. u2003u2022 Serve as the senior creative authority, providing inspirational leadership and decisive direction on major design initiatives. u2003u2022 Combine artistic vision with business strategy, leveraging brand storytelling to drive cultural relevance and financial growth. u2003u2022 Proactively anticipate industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior to maintain a competitive creative edge. u2003u2022 Identify new revenue opportunities through brand partnerships, monetization strategies, and cou2011branded content. Technical Expertise & Innovation u2003u2022 Act as the departmentu2019s foremost technical expert with handsu2011on mastery across advanced design tools, including: u2003u2003u25cb Photo Manipulation & Retouching: Adobe Photoshop (advanced compositing, color grading, photorealistic rendering) u2003u2003u25cb Vector Illustration & Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator u2003u2003u25cb Motion Graphics & Animation: Adobe After Effects and 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) u2003u2003u25cb Video Production & Postu2011Production: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent u2003u2003u25cb AIu2011Driven Design: Generative and AI platforms such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALLu2011E, RunwayML, and Adobe Firefly u2003u2022 Ensure the highest quality and consistency of visual brand execution across video, digital, print, social, visual merchandising, store design, and experiential environments. u2003u2022 Drive adoption and continuous learning of emerging technologies to enhance creative innovation and efficiency. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence u2003u2022 Build and lead a diverse, highu2011performing Design Studio team, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and artistic growth. u2003u2022 Act as a handsu2011on creative leader, managing dayu2011tou2011day design operations and inspiring innovation across the team. u2003u2022 Oversee execution of retail creative projects alongside the AVP, Design Studio and external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing goals. u2003u2022 Establish scalable creative workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality. u2003u2022 Manage resource planning, project prioritization, and capacity across the creative services organization. Crossu2011Functional & External Collaboration u2003u2022 Partner closely with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Development, and Sales to align creative strategies with business goals. u2003u2022 Serve as the primary liaison to external agencies, production partners, and technology vendors, ensuring adherence to brand standards. Represent the Design Studio as a senior stakeholder, clearly communicating creative strategy and technical rationale to executive leadership. Comfortable thriving in a fastu2011paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment. Compensation: $145,000 to $160,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
