As an Onu2011Site Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. You will serve as the primary contact for candidates, associates, and client partners, ensuring a seamless, highu2011quality experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities + Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates for various client roles + Manage all hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with company and client requirements + Use Adecco systems and online tools to conduct effective candidate searches and adjust sourcing strategies as needed + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strengthen longu2011term relationships + Engage daily with onsite associates and supervisors to ensure performance expectations and client metrics are met + Provide timely support to associates and escalate inquiries when necessary + Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates, associates, and client partners Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree preferred + One or more years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service is preferred (not required) + Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities + Ability to learn new systems and processes efficiently + Proactive, solutionsu2011focused mindset with the ability to work independently + Comfortable interacting with diverse teams and leadership levels If this sounds like something you my be interested APPLY NOW for a chance at an IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW Pay Details: $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
