Job Description The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs to ensure a positive and organized office environment. Key Responsibilities Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors Manage incoming and outgoing shipping, including coordinating deliveries and pickups Place and coordinate catering orders for meetings, events, and office functions Order and maintain office supplies; monitor inventory levels and restock as needed Support general administrative tasks and assist with special projects as requested Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
