Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities in engineering, research and development, and other non-IT based projects. The position is based in Cheyenne, WY, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 50 hours per week. The successful candidate will manage project goals and integrate technical activities efficiently. Responsibilities + Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve goals and direct technical activities. + Present and explain project proposals, reports, and findings to clients. + Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employee work, ensuring staff competence is maintained. + Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility. + Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures. + Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Essential Skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. + Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization techniques. + Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. + Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. + PMI or PMP certification is preferred. + 10+ years of experience in construction management. + Experience with data centers and proficiency with industry-specific tools. Work Environment The role is based in Cheyenne, WY, and involves a full-time schedule of 50 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The work involves managing projects and collaborating with various teams to ensure project specifications are met efficiently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cheyenne, WY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
