Position: Applications Engineer Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to join a global production support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing businessu2011critical enterprise applications. This role is highly integrationu2011focused and works at the intersection of development, production support, and crossu2011functional collaboration. You will work closely with multiple technical and business teams to understand how systems integrate, how data flows across platforms, and how interfaces behave in a production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical problemu2011solving, understands interconnected systems, and values teamwork in a global setting. What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Design, develop, and support software solutions that operate within a highly integrated enterprise environment + Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, auditing, and documentation + Provide production support by troubleshooting complex issues across applications, interfaces, and integrated systems + Work closely with crossu2011functional teams to understand upstream and downstream dependencies, data flows, and system touchpoints + Analyze and support integration technologies such as APIs, web services, batch processes, and middleware components + Investigate and resolve data and interface issues to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance across systems + Participate in software upgrades, fixes, patches, and vendoru2011mandated changes with awareness of integration impacts + Contribute to product design, bug verification, beta support, and technical research as needed + Share knowledge and provide informal guidance to junior developers and support team members What Weu2019re Looking For + 5u20137 years of relevant experience with a bacheloru2019s degree, or equivalent work experience + Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL required + Strong technical background supporting applications in a production environment with multiple integrations + Handsu2011on experience working with integration technologies such as APIs, interfaces, batch jobs, or middleware platforms + Proven ability to troubleshoot issues that span multiple systems and teams + Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with global, crossu2011functional partners + Experience acting as a technical resource or mentor to others + Strong communication skills with the ability to explain integration concepts to both technical and nonu2011technical audiences + A qualityu2011focused mindset with interest in improving system reliability, documentation, and support processes Work Arrangement: Fully In Office: Monday-Friday Whatu2019s In It For You : At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
