Job Title: Plant Operator Job Description As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating a front-end loader, handling the loading and unloading of powder chemicals, transferring raw materials, and conducting chemical analyses in the lab. Responsibilities + Operate a front-end loader efficiently. + Load and unload powder chemicals safely. + Transfer raw materials as required. + Perform quality testing and analysis on powder chemicals in the lab. Essential Skills + Proficiency in operating a forklift and front-end loader. + Knowledge of chemical handling and wastewater management. + Experience in compound blending and quality testing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Comfortable working outside in hot conditions. + Ability to work heavy overtime, sometimes exceeding 70 hours a week. Why Work Here?
