Production Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $20.24 - $22.24/hr., plus available overtime. In this temp-to-hire role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, loading raw materials, and monitoring production to ensure parts meet quality standards. You'll join a team that values hands-on experience, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements: u00b7 High School Diploma/GED u00b7 Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience u00b7 Ability to read, speak, and write English for safety and training purposes u00b7 Basic computer skills u00b7 Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams u00b7 Use of hand and power tools u00b7 Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and walk around the warehouse u00b7 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
