Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Arlington, Texas. MUST HAVE AIA BILLING EXPERIENCE Responsibilities: u2022 Process invoices efficiently, ensuring accurate coding and posting to appropriate accounts. u2022 Conduct thorough research on payments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries. u2022 Utilize Foundation Software to manage accounts payable tasks and maintain organized records. u2022 Handle statement processing and ensure timely payment of vendor accounts. u2022 Perform regular check runs and prepare payments in accordance with company policies. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to general ledger and cost codes. u2022 Maintain a positive and detail-oriented attitude while working under deadlines. u2022 Monitor accounts payable activities to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role. MUST HAVE AIA BILLING EXPERIENCE u2022 Strong knowledge of general ledger and cost codes. u2022 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. u2022 Ability to accurately code and post invoices. u2022 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. u2022 Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in payment research. u2022 A motivated and positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
