A private couple in Washington, CT is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, live-out Groundsmanto replace a long-tenured team member who is retiring. This is a senior-level, “lead by example” role for a skilled professional who takes pride in maintaining immaculate grounds and can both execute and oversee all aspects of landscaping and exterior property care.This is not a caretaker role; the property operates with planned, structured seasonal maintenance and high standards of presentation year-round. This is a Monday through Friday position with flexibility to be on-call for major weather events. e.g., storms, fallen trees. Flexibility and support will be required for occasional event support with advance notice.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Groundsman to step into a well-structured property and maintain exceptional outdoor standards. Relocation is not being offered.
