BerryDunn is seeking a Training Business Analyst (BA) to support training, team building, and leadership development initiatives, with supporting client work for a State Health and Human Services (HHS) agency. This role will focus on assessing training needs, designing and coordinating learning solutions, and supporting the delivery of workshops and leadership development activities aligned with organizational change, modernization initiatives, and evolving workforce needs. The Training Business Analyst will work closely with state/territory leadership, staff, and project teams to ensure training efforts are practical, relevant, and sustainable.This position offers flexibility for fully onsite or hybrid arrangements. This role requires working American Samoa Standard Time (ASST).Collaborate with state/territory leadership and staff to identify priority training, team building, and leadership development needsAssess organizational readiness and workforce capacity to inform training strategy and designDesign and coordinate facilitated workshops, working sessions, and training programs supporting project management, change management, and cross-functional collaborationSupport development and delivery of team building activities that strengthen communication, trust, and coordinationAssist in development of leadership development activities designed to enhance supervisory and leadership competenciesDevelop and support train-the-trainer approaches to promote knowledge transfer and long-term sustainabilityCoordinate training initiatives aligned with EPMO initiatives, system modernization efforts, and evolving roles and responsibilitiesSupport delivery of training across multiple modalities including in-person, virtual instructor-led, webinars, and eLearningAssist with management and organization of training materials, participant guides, and facilitator resourcesCoordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure training activities are integrated with active projects and change effortsAdapt training materials and delivery approaches to align with operational context, timelines, and workforce needsProvide documentation and reporting on training activities, participation, and outcomesBachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, education, public administration, or related fieldExperience supporting training, workforce development, or organizational change initiativesStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience developing training materials such as participant guides and trainer guidesFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) and blended learning approachesExperience working in public sector or healthcare environments preferredAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendorsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailThe base salary range targeted for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
