Your advanced mechanical expertise, independence, and attention to detail ensure every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. By directly supporting customers and mentoring junior technicians, you play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, optimizing performance, and delivering an exceptional service experience., ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair a wide range of agricultural and heavy equipment, including small engines and John Deere machinery.Perform field-based service calls with minimal supervision; occasionally support repairs in the shop as needed.Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and software to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical municate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and status plete all repairs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service documentation.Act as a knowledgeable and positive representative of the company while on-site with customers.Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure timely and effective job completion.,
