Asa Maintenance Technician III youu2019ll be a key leader in running ashift and providing guidance to fellow technicians and AutomationEngineer support partners. Your expertise will be utilized in theoptimization and execution of the preventive maintenance process, with a focuson maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance of equipmentsuch as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and applysystems, SCADA devices and programs. You will provide our clientwith expert-level support based on the technical problemsrelated to their MHE systems. What Youu2019ll Do + Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. + Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. + Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. + Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians. + Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. + Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. What Youu2019ll Need + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls. + Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). + Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. + Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics. + Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance. + Experience reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs. + 3+ years of work order management. + Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly. + Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50lbs. or more. Preferred Qualifications + Bachelors Degree with a focus in Electronic Technology or equivalent OR 2+ years of equivalent professional experience + Previous leadership experience. + Previous vendor management experience. + Experience with robotic maintenance. + Experience with CMMS + Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions. The minimum salary for this role is $89,939 annually [or $43.24 per hour] and the maximum salary for this role is $99,840 annually [or $48.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience.
