Description: You will be a Test Engineer Staff for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for the overall maintenance of test equipment. What You Will Be Doing As a Test Engineer Staff, you will be responsible test procedure development, test planning and preparation, test procedure execution, coordinate system resources to support testing, support test development, integration, anomaly resolution and corrective action. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. #mfcnews Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology. u2022 5+ years of professional Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience in a production facility. u2022 Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation. u2022 Hands-on experience with common measurement equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. u2022 Proven experience troubleshooting analog, RF, and/or digital circuits, including identifying and resolving complex technical issues. u2022 Component and/or system-level troubleshooting experience, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems at multiple levels of complexity. u2022 Ability to interpret test requirements, electrical test results, and technical data, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. u2022 Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, with the willingness to comply with all applicable security regulations and procedures. Desired Skills: u2022 Actively contributes to the development of new concepts. Possesses full knowledge of industry and company practices, demonstrating expertise in the field and related disciplines u2022 Experience with automated systems and manufacturing processes, including familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies. u2022 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed failure analysis and identify root causes of complex technical issues. u2022 Effective communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. u2022 Ability to develop and implement root cause and corrective actions, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. u2022 Programming skills in languages such as C, C++, and/or other relevant programming languages, with the ability to apply programming principles to solve complex technical problems. u2022 Experience with National Instruments software platforms, including LabWindows CVI, TestStand, and LabView, with the ability to develop and implement automated test systems. u2022 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. u2022 Strong teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills, with a proactive and motivated approach. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
