Job Description A large retail client of Insight Global is migrating from Kronos to UKG and is looking to bring on a UKG Product Owner / Senior Functional Lead to support the beginning phases of the integration. This role will serve as the functional liaison between business teams and the implementation partner with a strong focus on UKG Workforce Management. What you will do: Act as the Product Owner / functional lead for the UKG implementation, beginning with Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Labor Gather, document, and manage requirements from Payroll, PRIS, HRIS, and business stakeholders Translate business requirements into UKG configurations and functional solutions Partner closely with the implementation partner on technical execution and direction Collaborate with internal analysts and the Payroll Director throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with timekeeping and labor laws Drive strong documentation, testing, validation, and stakeholder communication Take a handsu2011on role in design decisions, issue resolution, and enhancements Apply an analytics and datau2011driven mindset when evaluating system performance and business needs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
